HOW TO FIND CARPATHIA COLLABORATIVE

Carpathia Collaborative is conveniently located on the northbound service road of Central Expressway (75), just south of Meadow Road between Walnut Hill and Royal.

Directions to Building: Going North on Central Expressway, exit Walnut Hill (Exit 6) and stay on the service road. Turn right on Blair St. (3rd street after Walnut Hill), pass the glass building on your left, then turn left into the parking lot into the “Meadow Central” Complex. We are the smaller 2-story glass building that says Endocrine Associates of Dallas in large letters on the side of the building.

Parking: There are 3 spots reserved for Carpathia Clients on the North Side of the building right along the sidewalk. The majority of parking is on this same North side of the building and there is also limited parking in front of both the East & West entrances. Avoid parking in any spots stating they are “Reserved”.

Direction to Suite 210: After entering the main lobby from either entrance – take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. Carpathia Collaborative is directly across from the elevator, or on the right at the top of the stairs.
